Started in 2008 by and for entrepreneurs, Newfund has developed a strong culture centered around entrepreneurship.

Newfund is the first early-stage VC based in both Paris and the Silicon Valley. It has $400 million in AUM, subscribed mostly by entrepreneurs and family offices : like the founders we back today, we were seeded by entrepreneurs.

Also (most probably) like you, we were too early and were turned down by many institutional investors. Guess what? we persevered!

We invest in startups/teams with an international mindset and give term sheets in 3 weeks. Notable portfolio companies include Aircall, Fairmarkit, In2Bones, Fairmoney, Eqinov and Datagalaxy, among others.

In 2024, Newfund had invested in 124 startups, including 75 in France and 49 in the United States.
