They operate under the legal status of Fonds Professionnel de Capital Investissement (FPCI, the French Limited Partnership) and Fonds Commun de Placement à Risques (FCPR, open to non-professional investors), under french law.
The management company is Newfund Management, registered with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under the number GP08000028. Newfund Management is a Société Anonyme with a capital of €500,000. It is independent from all financial institutions. Its address is 2 rue Pasquier, 75008 Paris, France.
Newfund NAEH, a FCPR, is registered with the AMF under the number FCR20180015.
The website www.newfundcap.com is the property of and was designed by Newfund Management.
