Locuta has developed a virtual customer relations bot, powered by AI, capable of receiving or making calls; they call these bots ‘agents’.

These agents support recurring calls by identifining business workflows within a natural conversation. They can, among other things, answer questions, support requests, carry out operational business actions as well as place orders with internal operations. When a request is too complex, the agent qualifies and transfers the call to the right department with the customer file and the request summary. Up to 80% of calls can thus be automated.
