It's not easy to find your place in the crowded HR Tech market, between job boards, global aggregators like Indeed (Recruit group, which has also just acquired Glassdoor), LinkedIn or the latest initiatives from Google or Facebook ! However, this is what Jobijoba supported by Newfund since 2010, has achieved. It has been able to impose its machine learning technology and its solutions facilitating the right meeting between candidates and recruiters.

Recruitment processes are dominated by conformism: too often a person is sought who has already held a similar position in another company, without taking into account the contribution of various experiences or the risks in terms of motivation. Frustrated by this mess, Thomas Allaire, engineer in Computer Science and Statistics, built with Jobijoba a technological start-up with 25 employees. There are mainly high technical profiles such as data scientists, psychologists and experts in semantic search engines.

Jobijioba is a real "job Google" that gives candidates one-click access to all available job offers. In France, its first market, Jobijoba brings together 1 million offers from nearly 400 partner sites (Monster, Cadremploi, Apec, Pôle Emploi, Presse, etc.) on a single site, while avoiding duplication and ensuring the best possible relevance in search results. Jobijoba is present in 14 countries and gathers and analyses a total of 10 million offers.

More recently, Jobijoba launched CV Catcher, a tool that allows candidates to be analysed and classified in real time. Above all, it makes the link between the profiles and experiences of candidates and the positions to be filled. For candidates, the process is simplified since all they have to do is put their curriculum vitae on the platform to be offered the most relevant job offers, selected by Jobijoba's algorithms. Carrefour, EDF, Adecco, Michael Page, Sopra Steria, Covea and many other companies already use CV Catcher to optimise their online recruitment.

The acquisition of Jobijoba enables the Régionsjob group (now Hellowork) to complete its offer for local authorities, recruitment professionals and key accounts. The two companies will coexist and Jobijoba's employees will remain in Bordeaux to innovate and develop the company that Thomas Allaire will continue to manage. The group thus formed has more than 250 employees and will significantly exceed €40 million in sales in 2018. Hellowork has been a Jobijoba client for nearly 10 years.

Jobijoba is located in Pessac near Bordeaux, France.
