Dux Healthcare is pioneering a breakthrough in epilepsy management with the world’s first scalable seizure prediction platform. Using proprietary AI models trained on EEG and ECG signals, Dux anticipates epileptic seizures 30 to 60 minutes before they occur, creating critical “safe windows”, that empower patients to regain autonomy in their daily lives.

Founded by Yonatan Elul, PhD (former AI researcher at Google and IBM), and Noam Keidar (expert in physiological signal analysis), Dux merges advanced machine learning, signal processing, and clinical neurology. The solution integrates with off-the-shelf wearable EEG devices and has been validated across multiple cohorts with remarkably low false positive rates, just one every two weeks on average.

Dux is entering the U.S. market with FDA pre-submission and clinical trials underway, and a commercial launch targeted for early 2027.
